With submiting documentation when they are ready to process, will it be documentation at time of application?

work experience 4 years b4 the time of application?

or will it be 4 years b4 when they asked for documentation?

You should be qualified when u apply

Regarding the documents, if u are implying whether you need to submit the same together with the application, the answer is no

I am new in this forum.
I submitted my application wit simplified process to Sydney office 28 Sep 2006.
Does anybody know about validity time for IELTS under Simplified process?

Dear All,

I am new to this forum, i need your help Here is the status of my case, as e status: -

Case in Process from September -2004
I received letter from their london office to submit all orignal documents, Specially Degrees, proof of funds, ILETS result with in 90 day deadline Feb 13, 2007. I sent all required documents accordingly, four week back my status changed from In Process to Decesion made. But i am still waiting for any news from immigration office. I am also worried about my original docs. Can anyone tell me whats going. Currently i am in UAE and i also applied my case from here

Hi Guys
My spouse's mother and elder brother , both are residing in canada . Brother, actually sponsered his mother ,she is there for last one year .For my case whose proof of resident is more beneficial ?

1. Canadian PR thru PNP route is quite faster.
2. Thou NOT CIC Buffalo, certain CIC's give prioritised processing times for cases with arranged employment

if i got the idea right it doesn't make sense at all for a sap-applicant to order caips before cic starts the assessment.

and is there anyone here who applied under sap and got the document request (which they send out about 4-5 months before they start the assessment)???

You are right Lof, it does not make sense to ask for CAIPS before IA. But you know what we say "curiosity kills" ... there might be someone who has got CAIPS file... just to know about BF date. It will give rough idea to all of us what will be BF date..thats it.
