1. it will take aproximately 30 to 40 days
2. as soon as u send documents after the request reduce the processing time of your case
3. it dose not matter just apply and open an account and start working to show funds.

So I dont need to show exactly 13.286 dollars on my account, I calculate that for the time I sent the documents, I might have 8000-10000 dollars on my account, Do you think that will be fine,
I think it proves that I am saving money and that I will have the 13.286 dollars once I have the VISA |

Hi,
I want to apply under Skilled Immigration program.I have some queries regarding this:-
I have more than 4 years of experience in The field of Heavy construction Equipments as a Supervisor(NOC No.7217).This is also Included in 38 professions list on CIC website.My Job responsibilities also match the responsibilities mentioned their.But i want to confirm about:-
1.My education is in the field of IT i.e i have 3.5 years of Diploma in comp. Engg.(regular)+ Bachelors In information Technology(correspondance)+ MBA Finance(Corespondance).So Am i elegible to apply?
2.Can i Claim Points for my Education?
3.How much points can i claim.

However my experience has been more in the Programming, Architecting, Designing and Investigating Software but not as a manager.

It takes from 30 to 50 days to receive answer from Canada.... I you are eligible you will get a letter with your file no. if not you will receive all the documents you had sent with a rejection letter including the draft you had sent.
If you have received the file no. on positive assessment you will get only 120 days from the date of approval on your letter to submit your documents to CIC office in your country..... If you fail to do that your case is bound to be rejected....
In case of funds you have to show the complete funds required....they cannot be shown at later stage.....

Manager word cannot be ignored.... if you do that then you will not come under this NOC........ You are required to have only 1 year experience under this NOC.then you become eligible to apply... But you will get your experience points on the basics of your past experience....

But General Banking Officer's" do not come under NOC 0111)please check job titles under NOC 0111)and also read the job duties required under this NOC

Hi,
I have a question for the forum and would appreciate any one who can give a insightful suggestion. I am a student in USA and my wife is on F-2 visa as a dependent right now. I don't have any work experience at all but she has worked in India ( in a private university ) as a lecturer of biotechnology for almost 2 years. Does she qualify under 4131: College and Other Vocational Instructors ? |

hello Devdas
if i am performing all duties of NOC 0111 and these duties are also mentioned in my experience letter from bank then what Title of job is important of what i am performing? more over in NOC 0111 job titles there are some titles like "Financial Administrator" now i think any one who performs these duties can fit in this NOC.
i also have experience of 17 months as Manager Finance of another firm and now working in bank from last 3 years as job title general banking officer(duties same as in 0111 also mentioned in reference letter of bank) so what u think they will consider my experience 4 years or just 1 year?

1- I joined a firm as Officer Finance and after five months promoted to Manager Finance and serve with this title for 17 months so total experience in that firm 22 months.i have all documents and also an Experience letter from that employer with all duties mentioned in NOC 0111.
2- then i joined an international bank`s corporate banking as General Banking Officer under Grade III and working there from last 3 years and still working in bank as general banking officer. OG III.
i also have experience letter from this bank in which all duties of NOC 0111 are mentioned.
what is your expert point of view how many score i will get under Work experience?
as specific General banking officer title is not mentioned in title list of NOC 0111 but both letters are on letter head and containing all duties mentioned in NOC 0111.
