Hi everyone

I'd like to know the feedback from the most experimented ones on this, I am about to send my full application to Buffalo per NS recommendation, can anyone tell me how long does it take as an average this process? I mean, after you send all your documentation? what should I expect?

And any tips, to review the package before to send it?

thanks a lot

Hi guys

By mistake I took the TOEFL test instead of the IELTS, which is the only one immigration accepts to score language skills.

I have been working in the USA for the last 3 years and my job is 100% of the time in English, I am a financial manager and have got a reference letter from my employer stating this facts. My score on the toefl test was above 90% on all the sections, reading, speaking, listening and writing.

I am attending school too and I got a letter where states the classes I am taking and specifying that my performance in the English language is as a native American speaker.

Could anybody please advice me, what I can do to present solid proof of my language proficiency?

I have no time to present IELTS, my 120 days are going to expire within the next 2 weeks and all my documentation is ready.

Thanks in advance to all

They accept only IELTS exam scores. They don't consider TOFEL. One of my friend submitted TOFEL, still they asked for IELTS exam. I would suggest to ask more time for Immigration officer. They usually give more time

Hi,
My brother applied for the immigration under skill worker class and he put the wrong NOC code, now his case has been rejected.
I want to know that if he will apply again with right NOC code, will they ask him about the verification?
He is completed Master in Ecomonics and Finance and working in the field of Accounts Manager, I see that the right NOC code is (0111 and 1111)
Please advise.

Thanking you

Don't worry! write down a covering letter about what has happened and submit the TOEFL score with supporting docs i don't think they would reject your application only becos u have taken TOEFL and not IELTS....
when i submitted my IELTS score it was 5 years old(which is technically not valid anymore) they did not ask me to retake..neither did they reject my application.....

cheers
