I am starting this thread for those who applied or had their application sent to CIC Singapore. This tread is to share tips, advise and to compare our timelines.

I applied on 17th July 2007, received AOR on 2nd August 2007.

When I was living in Singapore a year ago, I was told by the CIC there it would take five years to immigrate to Canada. Is there any difference in time frame now?
