Hey everyone, do you know about Trackitt.com?

It's a great website database that organizes and displays participant's immigration timelines for you so that you can easily view information and compare it with your own timeline. You can set "filters" to display cases only from your consulate, only your nationality (America, Mexico, China, etc.), and you can "watch" people's cases and get email-alerted when someone updates their case! There's also a comment feature! WOW WOW WEE WOW!!!!

I'm asking ya'll, specifically the folks who are using the Buffalo consulate to sponsor a spouse, if you would consider signing up with trackitt so that we can all watch each other's cases and give each other hope for a speedy reunification with our spouses. Even the people who's cases are already completed can input their information and show us how long it took to complete each step of your case. I've meticulously poured over this website since I signed up and found it very, very useful in helping me judge my own timeline.

Thanks for reading this!

Hi palden,

I am not sure what AOR stands for.. :)
For the fees it does says in cic website that they recommend to pay everything so you dont need or they dont need to ask you to pay for permanent residence fee specially if its due for finalization.. with regards to medical, I surely think it is in the application that you have to submit it( a paper that would be given to you by the MD)

Also.. as far as cic website says.. all application will be process according the the receipt.. :)

AOR stands for acknowledgment of receipt. It means that CIC has received your application and may send you a letter. Some embassies do not send that letter. I paid all fees up front. You can pay the right of permanent residence fee later, but you must pay the other fees. If you do not pay your all your fees you will have a delay. It may be a short one or a long one as they have to ask, send letter, get fee, send the update to the embassy.

Medicals must be submitted with the application as far as I know. You will get a from when you complete the medical proving it was done. This is what needs to be submitted.

I hope this helps and if anyone can confirm this it would be great.

yes you are right.. but I think it is best to pay the permanent residence fee as well so IO wouldn't need to stop and request for it.. that cause at least weeks of delay again.. :)
