HI,
The embassy send me a supplementary form, it stated there countries you have visited or lived in.
Example in the form:
03-2002 to (date of application, homemaker, Damascus, Syria
02-2002 to 02-2002, pilgrimage, Mecca, KSA
12-2001 to 01-2002 unemployed, Damascus, Syria
06-2001 to 12-2001, employment with work permit, dubai UAE, name of employer.
My question is, Im working here in Dubai since 2005 up to present. and I visited my country for my yearly vacation. (they need to know the exit stamp of my passport)
So how I will indicate it, in the form??

this is for what citizenship application or be accepted as immigrant (permanent resident)?
your question totally unclear, please try to give some details to understand the case ok.

Hi,
Thanks for the reply, this is for the application for permanent resident, under the family class sponsorship, of my spouse.
and in order to complete my application, they send the IMM 5549 (suplementary information form) the travel history and job history. in my first post I mention it there, how the form it shown..so i really dontk know where i will indicate my travel history and my job history..
anyone out there who receive same kind of form??
please advise, for i need to complete it, for they are given me only 30 days.

Firstly this forum is for Canadian Citizenship applicants.
Secondly - you just state what they are asking for. They want to know countries you have lived and traveled in the recent past - so state travel for annual vacation and any other travel dates (if that is what the form is asking for). If there is not enough space to print things on the form - attach a blank sheet of paper.

well, in fact I have know detailed information about this form , but from my previous experience with the canadian embassies during my application for the PR. i would like to dvice you to contact them during this 30 days period so time is important.
in general, they dont need proof about ur declarations,so you can approximately mention the dates of your residence coz they may need only to check from your security file that u r clean from any bad records with police. i thought that u were talking about the citizenship coz they are care about every day . but believe me for your case they dont care too much about how long u have been in syria, ksa or uae. they care more about the countries that u lived in.
still i advice you to contact the nearest consulate or embassy or call them by phone.
waiting your coming here to canada.

hi,i'm presently working here in jeddah,ksa.I would like to ask what will be next after we submitted our IMM 5549 to canadian embasy in abudhabi last february 2009.how long will the next instruction or step will be sent to us
