| Hi, I just qualified for an E2 Investors treaty visa. I had my interview early last week. The immigration officer conducting my interview said that I am eligible for the E2; however, they need to perform an "Administrative Review" check and that they would be in contact with me within 3 weeks. Could someone please tell me what the administrative review really is? and how long would it honestly take for me to pass this review? It has taken me longer than I anticipated to get a response for my eligibility and as a result, my investment across the border has been suffering. Any insight into this issue would really help. Thank you. |
