HRSDC Approval Process

The Immigration and Refugee Protection Regulations mandates the Department of Human Resources and Social Development Canada ("HRSDC") to furnish labour opinions confirming the impact of a prospective permanent hiring of a foreign national on the labour market. This process is commonly referred to as "employment validation". An employment offer validated by HRSDC provides valuable points of assessment for an application for permanent residence.

At the LAW OFFICES OF COLIN R. SINGER, we frequently assist intending applicants for permanent residence in securing a favourable HRSDC labour opinion and thereafter, in applying for Canadian permanent residence.

Readers who have received a permanent offer of employment in Canada and require our assistance to obtain HRSDC approval of their proposed hiring, are invited to complete the following questionnaire for our review and evaluation at no charge.

Skilled Worker Immigration
