My first meeting with Dr. Singer has occurred in 1996, during one of my visits to Canada. At that time, I've just started giving some consideration to moving there, and have contacted several Canadian law firms specializing in the immigration field. The opinion that I had formed about CCIRC on the basis of written communications was substantially superior to that of some other firms. Further, Colin Singer had allocated almost two hours of his time to meeting me in person in his Montreal office on short notice, without any fee or obligation, to review my options for immigrating to Canada, to outline the process in great detail, to answer every question clearly, competently, and concisely; and even to discuss some issues in Canadian lifestyle not directly related to immigration law. I should say I still remain shocked by that now nearly as much as I had been shocked then. Dozens of my relatives and friends and I myself have had experiences with scores of immigration attorneys in the US and Canada over the last decade, but none have been honored by a royal treatment like that.

So, when I had made a decision to apply for the permanent resident status in Canada in 1998, entrusting my case to Dr. Singer's office was a simple choice. And I never had a reason to regret it. During all the period from engagement of services to the visa issuance, the CCIRC employees have consistently been helpful to the extreme. All written communications have been answered the same day, and the associate assigned to my case was available for phone consultations at any time. The submission prepared by Dr. Singer's office has been carefully tailored to my particular circumstances, addressing certain issues that otherwise could likely cause undesirable compli- cations. The CCIRC attorneys have closely monitored the progress of my application, filing the required follow-up paperwork and expeditiously advising me on the next steps. I'd also like to com- ment on the impeccable integrity demonstrated by Dr. Singer's office in financial matters: their billings have invariably been exactly as disclosed and agreed in advance, although my application has turned out to require more attention than one could reasonably expect at the outset. (Unfortunately this has not always been the experience my friends had with some other immigration lawyers.) Finally, the CCIRC staff has often went beyond their contractual obligations to provide encouragement and assurance during the process. As an after- thought, the fees charged for this service have compared quite favorably with the amounts quoted by other firms.

Summarizing, it is my pleasure to strongly recommend Dr. Singer to those looking for a hardworking, honest, and competent legal counsel to effectively represent them in the acquisition of permanent residence in Canada.

I engaged your asistance because I was sure that if I do it my case will be 100% successful. I am impressed by your proficiency in the Canadian immigration field, and by promptness with which you responded to my questions. But most of all I am impressed that I receive your help even without seeing your eyes - that is because of the great power of the Internet. I will glad to recommend your services to anyone, who is considering immigrating to Canada.

It gives us a great pleasure to recommend 'The law offices of Colin Singer' to anyone who is seeking a path to Canadian Immigration. Mr. Singer is an expert on this issue and we formed this opinion when we received his exceptional services in that matter. We started consulting him in July '98, applied in August '98, received file no in September, got interview waiver and medical instructions letter in November, finished medicals in December and... unbelievably, received the visas in March '99; in merely 7 months time. Mr. Singer is absolutely reliable, fair and professional. we wouldn't hesitate in going to him about anything that is concerned with the Canadian immigration.

I would like to use this occasion to thank you and your colleagues for helping my family to make this very important for us step in our lifes. I appreciate most of all the responsiveness of your office and ability to answer almost immediately all my questions and to meet all my concerns. I also would like to thank your personally for your call and consultation before my interview, it was specially important because I was naturally concern about the interview. I will recommend your services to all my friends. I think your service is very professional and very reasonably priced, which make it attractive.

I am very delighted to receive my permanent residency papers in just 4 months and 3 weeks since submission of my application to the Canadian Consulate General at Buffalo, NY. Your advice and experience in preparing the PR case has been very astute. I am, indeed, pleased with the efficient manner in which my residency case was handled.

I would like to take this opportunity to brief the superior service and professionalism shown by your office in handling my application for Permanent resident visa.

I would like to mention in particular the quick response to many of my inquiries. This is vital because I live in the USA and don't know very much about the procedures to be followed to obtain the visa. Also your way of handling every little detail with great importance is truly appreciated.

Dear Mr. Singer,

We cannot thank enough for all your help in getting our visa's. Your staff was very helpful in answering our questions. Even when they did not have ready answers, they would call back later with an answer.

Also, since we were updated on our case via email, we felt pretty comfortable.
