The December 26, 2004 Earthquake/Tsunami disaster is a tragedy with timing and scope that is beyond comprehension. In addition to an astonishing and sudden loss of human life, millions of survivors now struggle to obtain life’s basic necessities while mourning their loss of loved ones and rebuilding their surroundings. Colin R. Singer, Attorney, his family and the personnel of the CANADIAN CITIZENSHIP & IMMIGRATION RESOURCE CENTER (CCIRC) INC. are deeply moved by these unprecedented events and we are profoundly committed to helping the survivors of the Tsunami disaster in their long term restorative and reconstruction efforts.
