We commit our services for a period of up to 24 months. During this time you may either qualify for permanent residence under a federal or a provincial nominee program without a sponsor employer; or, you may identify a qualified employer that will sponsor your early entry admission to Canada.
As you currently do not qualify for admission to Canada without a sponsor employer, the time frame will depend on how long it takes to identify a sponsor employer. Once you secure a job offer, we will work with the employer to approve the offer and apply for an early entry work permit which could take approximately 3-6 months from submission of the application, depending on various factors.
Alternatively, if during our 24-month mandate you become eligible for permanent residence under a federal or provincial nominee skilled worker program, we will prepare and submit your application. The processing time in this scenario will be approximately 9-18 months from the submission of the application based on current delays.
Once you secure a job offer and after it is approved by the Canadian authorities, you may qualify to apply for temporary residence for your spouse and dependent children.
