The Manitoba Provincial Nominee Program (MPNP) issues periodic Letters of Advice to Apply (LAA) throughout the year.
All applicants interested in the Skilled Workers in Manitoba, Skilled Workers Overseas and International Education streams must submit an expression of interest (EOI) under the Government of Manitoba’s online system.
Selected candidates are invited to apply for provincial nomination. Approved candidates are nominated to apply for permanent residence.
