Appendix D – Federal Skilled Workers – Assessing Against the Selection Criteria Officers would need to determine whether skilled workers, as members of the Federal Skilled Worker Class, have the ability to establish themselves economically in Canada. For this purpose, they would need to evaluate the applicants vis-à-vis the selection criteria specified under R76 (1).
The Centralised Intake Office (CIO) will review the application in detail. It will carefully consider all the information and documentation provided by the applicant.
