August 14, 2017 – The International Skilled Worker – Occupations in Demand category for Saskatchewan immigration closed on August 10, 2017, after quickly receiving 1,200 applications. The popular immigration stream had only opened a day earlier.
The Saskatchewan Immigrant Nominee Program (SINP) stream is popular because it does not require a job offer, provided candidates have experience in one of the in-demand occupations listed below.
The fast closure of the stream was expected, as it happens every time the stream is opened. Each candidate must pay a $300 application fee when they apply.
The only Saskatchewan immigration stream now accepting applications is the International Skilled Worker – Employment Offer.
