Migrant Advocacy Groups Support TFWs, Oppose Deportations


With an estimated 70,000 temporary foreign workers having to leave Canada starting April 1, migrant advocacy and support groups have become more vocal in their opposition to the rule changes, and active in their support to TFWs facing expulsion. Several workshops have been organized across the country to inform TFWs of the policy changes, and their rights and options.
